The semi-custom diamond ring creation process - in three (3) simple steps:

Select the diamond that best fits your budget and your needs.
Purchase your diamond. Tulsa Lab Diamond.
Identify a TLD Semi-Mount you like that fits the stone shape and size. Purchase the semi-mount in your exact ring size. Have our Jeweler (or yours) set your incredible diamond in the Semi-Mount of your choice.

Using the steps shown above, let's talk about the process step-by-step.

Step 1: Selecting your diamond.

Diamond selection is a personal choice of a single diamond (or diamonds) which best reflect your tastes, budget and desires. If you read the webpage titled Diamond Technical 4C's, then you already know we put each 4C's Topic in the order most people use to decide on a particular diamond. Carat, Cut, Clarity and Color.

Step 2: Purchase Your Tulsa Lab Diamond. (Terms and Conditions of sale link here.)

Tulsa Lab Diamonds gives you exclusive access to over one-million (1,000,000) diamonds presently on the market across the world. It can be a bit overwhelming at first glance. We suggest you follow the advice in the link called 4C's. It explains the criteria for decisions that create the best diamond value for you. If you are confused give us a call.

Our online purchase process is simple, fast, and secure.

Select your diamond (or diamonds) - add them to your "shopping cart" and "check-out" using the online check-out tools and process provided. Transactions are secure and we do not keep any personal data except for your order data. We have tried to make your check-out is as efficient as we know how to make it.

Once your diamond is ordered, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number - acknowledging we received your order, we have accepted the order, and that are processing your order.

We will issue a tracking number once the order is shipped by us. Be advised, your order may take up to 10 days depending on the diamond's physical location. We draw on diamonds located all around the globe.

Typically, we can ship your diamond order in 10 business days. On some diamonds, we can expedite your order at additional Buyer expense. If the selected diamond is in our inventory, we can ship your package (fully insured of course) usually the next business day. If the selected diamond is not in our inventory, we will order it, bring it to our facility, verify the Certification Report and prepare both the Diamond and Certification Certificate for shipment to you.

Our primary courier is FedEx and we pay for shipping and insurance when the courier is performed by FedEx. Any other courier is at Buyer's risk and expense. We will separately quote any special expediting charges and handling fees for your approval prior to accepting an expedited order.

Be advised we do not ship to a P.O. Box, only a real verifiable physical address for a signature of receipt. Provide us with the exact physical address your package should go to. Your diamond and it's specific Certification Certificate (the grading report) will arrive at your physical address in a nice TLD Personalized Package.

BE ADVISED:

You must personally sign for all TLD shipments. This shows you (the invoiced named Buyer) personally received our shipment.

Step 3: Identify a TLD Semi-Mount you like, purchase the semi-mount and have the diamond set by TLD or your jeweler.

Tulsa Lab Diamonds is a diamond dealer and wholesaler of diamonds. Tulsa Lab Diamonds is not in the Semi-Mount business, but we do stock some more popular engagement ring mounts that have the most eye appeal and value in our sole opinion.

Every engagement ring, cocktail ring, or personalized ring, goes through a process of joining one, (or more), diamonds or gems with a means to display, or wear it. Normally the ring is made of a precious metal - such as gold, silver or platinum. There are literally thousands of ring settings to chose from - as plain, or as intricate and elaborate as you want. It would be impossible for us to stock all of the semi-mounts on the market. We have chosen a few of the more value-centric settings for you to choose from.

As a service to you, we can mount your chosen diamond in a TLD Semi-Mount on a case-by-case basis. Our experienced jeweler's are well versed in how to make your diamond, and our semi-mount look incredible as a completed ring.

To clarify, Diamond, Semi-Mount and Jeweler's fees are priced separate.

Or, you can select a semi-mount of your choice from any jeweler or online retailer and have them mount your diamond.
